Went into an old trading space while roaming in the Bazar in Kashan. Sat on a bench sipping a cup of tea like locals in a morning. The 80 years old owner asked me if I liked to have eggs. It was a great timing as I hadn't had eggs for breakfast for a long while. So I had no hesitation at all to say yes. He proudly showed off his egg flipping technique before me. It also came with local thin bread, nun. Along with the Iranian tea, it was a fantastic combination at this moment in this breathtaking space.
